Executive Assistant to CEO

Emily is the Executive Assistant to the CEO, overseeing the performance and management of all businesses within the TBH Group. 

Emily has a very practical and commercial approach and is known for her meticulousness, prompt and professional execution complementing her drive to constantly improve existing structures and drive the TBH Group in a positive direction.

ALEX KERATIANOS Marketing & Communications Manager

Alex started with us in 2020 as a Club Manager in Victoria she was then transferred to another Vic club to show her skills in a club that needed some assistance. In less than 12 months, Alex was moved into our executive team and promoted to Marketing Manager. 

With a background in social media marketing, website development and knowledge in design, Alex’s area of expertise within TBH group is to assist with implementation and adding creative flair to marketing campaigns, as well as monitoring and assisting with Marketing strategies and Social Media content creation across all brands.

SIMON BOND
National Fitness Director

Simon is an experienced Fitness professional, with over a decade of experience operating in a variety of roles within the Fitness Industry.

Simon has successfully coached over 300 Personal Trainers, 60 Club Managers, within a network of 45 commercial gyms and counting. Working remotely with such a large network has forced him into a growth mindset, always looking to be as efficient as possible with time and resources. 

The National Fitness Manager is a senior position to oversee all operations regarding the ‘Fitness service’ of club management, working directly with Personal Trainers, Club, Regional, and National managers to create, deploy, and manage the fitness services.

Recruitment of Personal Trainers

  • Manage all recruitment channels and liaise with key stakeholders to launch national monthly recruitment campaigns
  • Interview candidates and follow their progress throughout a 4-stage recruitment process
  • Issue Business Services Agreements and negotiate agreement conditions

Onboarding / Training & Development

  • Deliver an initial training induction into the business via conference call and live webinar
  • Deliver a 12-week PT Development Program
  • Creation of all systems and content for Training and Development
  • Ongoing coaching for our network of Managers and Personal Trainers

Systems / Management

  • Creation and deployment of fitness Intellectual Property
  • Manage the fitness financials for contractors
  • Manage the administrative and Human resource duties within the network of trainers

MATT CHAPMAN Operations Manager

Matt is our Operations Manager for the Snap Fitness brand and has been with the TBH Group for over 5 years.

He began his career in 2015 as a personal trainer and was quickly recognised for his passion and positive attitude, moving his way up to become a club manager of Snap Fitness in Cleveland.

He flourished in the role of Club Manager and after 12 months was quickly moved to run Snap Fitness Sunnybank.

Matt showed his leadership potential in this role and was often called on to assist with the Training and Development and mentoring of other Snap Fitness Club Managers, proving he was ready to move onto run the flagship Queensland Snap Fitness club in Buranda where he stayed and grew the club significantly over a period of time.

Matt has such a desire to be successful in everything he does that he has been nominated for a multitude of International awards including

  • Top Sales Awards across the brand globally in 2018
  • Global Manager of the year 2018
  • Global Top Revenue 2018.

Matt now analysis all data and works closely with the Training and Development Managers to ensure each club across Australia continues to grow.

DAN KERATIANOS Training and Development Manager

Dan plays a vital part in providing our club managers with the training and development they need to grow their business.

He began his career as a Club Manager with one of our Snap Fitness gyms in Victoria and then took 12 months off to backpack and see the world. Upon his return, Dan came back into a support role for our Snap Fitness gyms in Victoria and since then has progressed into looking after multiple brands nationally and is now the Training and Development Manager for NSW and VIC.

SHARON DEVENY
Accounts Manager

Sharon is the Accounts Manager for the TBH Group and has 20 years’ experience within the fitness industry, and has experience within management, accounts, book keeping & human resources and accounts.   Over the years Sharon has completed multiple training courses to ensure she continues to improve her knowledge within the industry and to keep up with any industry changes, also winning herself multiple awards along the way.    

Prior to joining the TBH Group Sharon worked in Human Resources which included performance coaching and training and development of employees across 77 clubs. Since moving to the TBH Group Sharon has worked closely with the Head Office team providing administrative assistance to all groups.   Due to her attention to detail, she has since been moved into the Accounts Manager role.
